Ellie's on a First-Nations-Peoples/American Indian kick. I get a little nervous drawing outside of pure fantasy...I don't want to offend anyone, and I know nothing about Native Americans, despite having a potato chip's worth of MicMac Indian blood in me. How painfully Irish is my family? The one non-Irish person we know about in our family line is a MicMac Indian lady from Maine who married one of my great great great grandfathers. From what I've read, the MicMac were...potato farmers! :) And the tribe name -- MicMac. I bet my great grandfather just figured they were Irish and had emmigrated before he did. :)
