Ellie gets into Fashion Design quite a bit. That top: an Ellie original. The main body of the top is light green velvet, and the billowing sleeves are dark green chiffon. The skirt is dark green chiffon to match. Very St. Patrick's Day. She is a Flower Princess, I'm informed, and loves Roses. Some day, I'm going to get off my butt and make some of these outfits (with LONGER SKIRTS) for Ellie.
